FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
An escape room or escape game is a form of reality entertainment in which players come together to decipher a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints and strategy to attain the room’s objective. This could be solving a mystery, escaping the clutches of an evil genie and everything in between. You have 60 minutes to complete your quest.
Please note: Persons that appear visibly intoxicated will not be allowed to play, refunds will not be issued.
WILL THE ROOM BE LOCKED?
No, the main door to the room remains unlocked and you are free to step out at anytime. Please keep in mind that your clock does not stop.
WILL I BE PLAYING WITH OTHER PEOPLE?
Our games are private experiences. Your booking ensures a private 60 minute game for you and your party.
IS THERE A REQUIRED NUMBER OF PLAYERS?
A minimum of two tickets is required in order to book a room. Some rooms are designed to work best with groups of 4-10 players. If you have more than 10 people in your group, please call us.
ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED AND HOW DO I BOOK AN EXPERIENCE?
Reservations are required in order to guarantee your play time. You can book online by clicking any of the “Book Now” buttons or call us at (407) 942-3002. Walk-Ins are welcome but the availability of the games is not guaranteed.
HOW DO I BOOK MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS FOR THE SAME BOOKING?
At the top of the Booking page, simply select the number of participants from the drop down menu that will be playing.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can start the game on time.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
We recommend players to be at least 10 years old to play, except for “What happened in Raven Woods” which is a scary game in which we recommend players to be at least 15 years old. Players 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult during the game.
We do not have the option to allow kids to play on their own, parents/guardian must be present in the game.

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
Games are paid online at the time of the booking.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Our games are non-refundable. You can call us to reschedule your game for a different day/time IF done more than 24 hours before your booking start time.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Mall parking is available, we recommend you park close to our store (between Dillard's and JCPenney).
WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
The clock will start running at the scheduled time, we are unable to start games past the start time. Call us 24 hours in advance to reschedule your game.
